About Tony Tony Chopper

Tony Tony Chopper is also known as “Cotton Candy Lover” Chopper. He is the resident ship’s doctor of the Straw Hat Pirates, captained by Monkey D. Luffy.

Chopper originally came from Drum Island on the Grand Line where he learned how to be a doctor from Dr. Hiluluk and Dr. Kureha. His dream is to cure any and all diseases.

He usually appears as an adorable human-reindeer the size of a toddler and has a blue nose in the One Piece manga and anime.

Chopper is a reindeer by birth and he ate the Hito Hito no Mi devil fruit (Human-human fruit). It is a Zoan-type fruit that allows him to transform into a human form or human hybrid form at will. Many females in the One Piece series like Nami and Nico Robin, his crew members, and Princess Vivi love Chopper and give him special treatment because they find him really cute.

Chopper can transform into seven different forms whenever he bit a rumble ball. These forms include: Jumping Point, Guard Point, Brain Point, Horn Point, Arm Point, Kung Fu Point, and Monster Point.

After Bartholomew Kuma sent Chopper to Torino Kingdom, he was able to master and improve some of the forms he can transform into. For example, Chopper only managed to transform into Kung Fu Point form after his training at Torino Kingdom. He is now able to transform into some of those forms without the help of a rumble ball too. Now when he takes a rumble ball, he is able to transform into Monster Point (the most terrifying form!) for three minutes.
