COVID-19 Updates: Choopl Designs

2 January 2021 Update:

We've changed our shipping provider from Singapore Post to DHL for International orders on 19 December 2020 to facilitate the huge increase in International shipping cost, so as to keep shipping costs the same, if not lower for you guys. You will receive an email from DHL with tracking information once your item has shipped. Please give it 10 to 25 working days to reach you.

European orders typically reach faster at around 3-15 working days.

Local (Singapore) orders will still be shipped via Singapore Post. Please choose between normal mail (cheaper but untracked) or registered mail (tracked but slightly more expensive).

Please take note that there might still be delays in shipping where ever you are in the World due to the reduced numbers of flights in and out!

Stay safe and happy 2021!
Aly

International and local (Singapore) shipping updates

In light of COVID-19 and the measures put in place, we will be limiting our post office trips to a maximum of twice (2x) a week.

Delivery delays should be expected for all destinations, particularly for USA and Canada where postal deliveries may take anywhere from 10 to 25 business days for the standard tracked shipping due to local postal backlog. Shipping updates on your tracking may also be less frequent to further optimise delivery processes.

Choopl Designs ships everything out Internationally via registered post, so as to ensure that you will be able to track your order and have it delivered as fast as possible. As your parcels are sent by air, the reduction of passenger and cargo flights due to health and safety concerns means that your package may be delayed due to stringent customs and disrupted postal networks around the world.

Orders and packaging

Orders will be packed and shipped as per normal, including washing of hands before and after packaging and handling your items.

Further updates will be added on this page regarding any interruptions regarding our normal operations. Thank you for your kind understanding and support during this time, especially with small businesses like ours being greatly affected by COVID-19.
