Does my order come with a tracking number?
All orders with the shipping option "International Shipping Tracked" selected will come with a tracking number. You should receive an email from DHL once your order has been shipped.
When will my item reach me?
All orders will take 3-5 working days to be dispatched (not including preorders), and they are sent by DHL.
Once your item is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order summary.

Why can't I use my promo code?
Promo codes are applicable for all individual items that are not in a set, excluding stickers.
This is because sets are already discounted and stickers are already priced very low :-)
What modes of payment do you accept?
Orders are processed through Stripe, which accepts major credit cards like American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. Paypal is available as well. We are now accepting PayNow, hoolah, and GrabPay for local (Singapore) orders.
All items are priced in Singapore Dollars (SGD). You can change the currency view on the page as well.
If you'd like to pay in USD only, please drop me an email @ email@example.com and I can create a USD invoice for you!
Additional information about Pre-order items
If you purchase a pre-order item together with an item that is currently in stock, your order will be shipped out once the pre-order item arrives. (Everything will be shipped out together)
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Yes you can, but please contact me before you do so as I usually ship items out as soon as possible. Let me know ASAP if you would like to change any delivery details as well. If your order has already been packed and you still want to cancel your order, there will be a $1.50 (Singapore Dollars) cancellation fee, from the materials that have been used and the time taken to pack the items.

If you have keyed in the wrong address at checkout, please send me an email ASAP with the right address.
My item arrived damaged or broken
All items are shipped in a secure padded envelope to ensure that it reaches you safely. Please contact me in the unlikely event that this happens!
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns only if the item arrived damaged.
